What we are looking for:
We are actively seeking experienced Service Electricians for Residential Service Calls. Our company services the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area and offers excellent pay and benefits. What can we expect from you?

- Experience with both residential and commercial projects preferred
- Troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work alone and be goal-oriented
- Accountable for producing a code-compliant installation
- Responsible for documenting, recording, and protecting company interests and assets

- Can effectively explain and educate homeowners on their electrical needs in a way that is easy for them to understand
- Ability to look ahead and anticipate the material and manpower needs of the project
- Ability to problem solve/resolve challenges as needed
- Ability to effectively direct and motivate others
- Strong communications skills — verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills/ ability to interact with people
As a member of our service team, you will be assigned daily service call requests from customers. You will be working directly with the office and must ensure timely service. Certain times you might work alongside a teammate.

- Knowledge & ability to install EV charging stations
- Exceptional people and customer service skills are a must
- Have the experience? Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- A Journeyman or Master’s License is a HUGE plus!
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license and record in good standing
- Must be able to pass a drug screen/ criminal background check
- Must speak clear English
- Must provide a valid driver’s license and hand tools
